SIFH is a national organization started to encourage health and fitness for all people.  We are fighting for health and to raise awareness as to how important it is to fight obesity and reduce obesity related diseases.  

We have several projects and we are in need of funds.

SIFH Operational Funds is in great need of your support.
We need support in publishing our 2016 SIFH Wellness Calendar titled: Far Beyond Driven: SIFH, 
SIFH Feed a Family for Thanksgiving November 26, 2015 and the launch of a fantastic and long awaited SIFH Digital Magazine.  This magazine will be filled with lots of beauty, health and wellness information and will highlight everyday women and men on their JOURNEY to wellness.
