Chester the Cello Repairs

It was Molly's last Music Night performance at Canterbury High School when an accident happened in the music room just before the Grade 12's final performance.
A student accidently knocked a heavy music stand that fell and landed on Molly's cello. There were lots of tears.
Molly's very special cello (Chester) built in 1902 will need a lot of TLC to be able to sing again. Molly loves her cello and has always taken such good care of it.
The estimate cost for the repairs is $4000 which includes removing the front, repairing the large cracks, internal patching, making new peices of maple to fit the rib, varnishing and a new soundpost.
We would be so very grateful for any donation towards the repair. Every bit will help us.
