Hi, my name is Saya Orimolade.

I’m raising funds for my father-in-law in Lagos, Nigeria, who is courageously battling kidney cancer. He has already completed three rounds of chemotherapy, which thankfully reduced his tumor by 30%. His doctors are encouraged by the progress, but he will need three additional rounds within the next three months to prevent the cancer from growing again.

Unfortunately, surgery is not an option. He has undergone two previous surgeries in the same area, and the most recent one was very difficult. His doctors are not confident his body could safely handle another operation.

The cost of his first chemotherapy treatments was $9,400 CAD, not including additional medical expenses such as tests, hospital stays, and appointments, which must all be paid out of pocket. We have managed to cover these costs so far, but with another round of chemotherapy ahead, we are reaching out for support.
