Donation protected
24-year-old Chelsea Hicks Passed away during the birth of her first child Mason Wayne Hicks.  Mason is healthy and doing well.

However, Chelsea did not have any insurance and the family wishes to give her a proper funeral and memorial.

Chelsea was loved by all who met her. She had a sparkling personality and could easily bring a smile to the room.  She was an easy person to speak with and eagerly looked forward to being a loving and caring mother to her and her Husband Christopher Hicks first child together.

July 26 of this year would have been her third-year anniversary.
Greg Williams has donated a burial plot at East Lawn Cemetary in Kernersville, NC.  However, there is still a need for paying Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services for the memorial services, opening and closing the grave, the coffin, vault, and graveside service.

Chelsea Danielle Castle Hicks, 24, went home unexpectedly to be with the Lord as she was bringing her son into this world on March 24, 2018.

Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 30, 2018, at the House of Prayer Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Carlee Stallard officiating. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will visit with friends from 6-8pm Thursday evening at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel.

A native of Forsyth County, Chelsea was the daughter of Tina Marie Mabe Hagie and Steven Ray Castle. She graduated from East Forsyth High School Class of 2012.

Survivors include her loving husband Christopher Hicks of the home; son Mason Wayne Hicks of the home; mother Tina Hagie and Scott of Elizabethton, Tennessee; father Steven Castle and Hope of Walkertown; sisters Megan Castle of Walkertown and Hannah Burks and Branson of Elizabethton, TN; brothers Matthew Castle of Kernersville and Thomas Comer of Asheboro; maternal grandparents Martha and Larry Pegram; paternal grandparents Polly and Homer Castle of Kernersville; nieces, Katie, Joy, Lavynder, and Addison; nephews Bryan, Jacob, and Daniel; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
