Chelsea's 10km run for Kieran

I would like to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust on behalf of Kieran Mackenzie who sadly lost his life on 5th November 2020. Kieran was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer, called Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumour (PNET).
My boss Darren, challenged me to take on the Christmas Cracker 10km Run in December 2020, this was a big challenge for me as I struggled to even run a mile!
Darren is used to completing triathlons and running events so with his training, I wanted to push myself, and achieve this goal. Due to COVID the actual event was cancelled, but Darren and myself decided we would still complete the run on Sunday 6th December 2020 in Weston-Super-Mare.
Over the last 12 months, myself and my boss have been training, and I have completed three 10km runs. Every week we are running twice a week and the distance is anywhere between 5km – 8km.
Watching Kieran go through what he did has inspired me to complete this run for him. It would make me so proud to raise even a small amount for a charity than helped Kieran so much.
