On Saturday December 2nd around 9:40pm 4-year-old Chelsea Noel walked out the front door of her Port St Lucie, FL home. Her parents noticed immediately and began to search for her. Police, family, friends, and the community searched day and night, until she was tragically found in a lake nearby her home early morning on December 4th.
