Chelmsford Marathon for MATES Mental Health

MATES mental health support group find having our attendees take part in challenges and helping good causes is a brilliant boost to their own positive mental health and to raise awareness to Mental ill health and the MATES support group and its activities. 2 years ago we tackled Snowdon and it was an amazing feeling for all those involved, this year we have a small team of people running the Chelmsford Marathon for us.

This Marathon is for MATES

MATES is a not for profit community interest company, it is a support group for over 2000 people and holds regular weekly walks, football, drop ins etc and is run by volunteers.

On Sunday 15th October Stephen, Ryan, Adam and Dan will be running the Chelmsford Marathon to raise awareness of mental ill health and MATES mental health group and what we do and funds for One Love Rescue. This will be a big challenge.

We know money is tight but if there is anything at all you could spare for us it would make such a difference
