TRR's Warrior Camp® October 2017

Trauma and Resiliency Resources, Inc . (TRR). TRR's award-winning Warrior Camp® is a free program for Combat Veterans of all eras. TRR is the only organization in the country working with Military Veterans that focuses on Moral Injury as the primary challenge among this population. Moral Injury is an existential/spiritual crisis that is the result of having been trained to override the instinctual aversion to the taking of human life. It can also be the consequence of having perpetrated acts during combat operations, necessary at the time for survival, that damage one’s conscience or moral compass. TRR believes it is Moral Injury, and not PTSD, that is driving the high rate of suicide among Military Veterans. TRR has a 100% survival rate post programs - they have lost no one to suicide. You can help us save the lives of the men and women who willingly put their lives on the line to protect and defend our country.

TRR and Food By Bel of Columbus, Ohio are collaborating to provide healthy, whole, organic and lovingingly prepared food for the participants of TRR's 10th Warrior Camp® Program October 22-29, 2017. We all know that good food helps us heal faster, especially when it has been carefully chosen and lovingly prepared. Food By Bel Chef, Sabrina Koeppen, will join TRR's Warrior Camp® to provide her vital and important services.

Your donation will pay for Chef Sabrina's salary for TRR's Warrior Camp® and for the food for all 25 participants and staff. 

We need the funds by October 10, 2017.

I am a volunteer with TRR, Inc. I am the yoga instructor for Warrior Camp® and I also provide administrative support to the Executive Director.
