Chearlise Abroad Summer 2020

Hi my name is Chearlise Stoudemire and I’m a sophomore at Georgetown College. I’m also a cheerleader, bishop scholar, member of ambassadors of diversity, member of gospel choir, and a member of Tiger Pride Entertainment (dance/step team). I have a major in Sociology with a concentration in Social and Criminal Justice and a major in Philosophy. I hope to use my majors to further my education in law school, and become an attorney. This is why I want to study abroad in Paris, because being out of the country and out my comfort zone for a full month will put me in the position to grow educationally, culturally and as a person in general. I have applied for scholarships for the program, but even if I do get the scholarships they won’t cover the cost of the trip. So I’m asking my family and friends for help. Anything is appreciated. I also understand if people want to donate anonymously but if you’re fine with leaving your address after donating or some type of contact information I’d love to thank everyone that donates personally.
