Chase's Medical Expense Fund

On May 6th, 2017, my five year old nephew Chase Martinez was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation. This is a condition in which the brain tissue extends into the spinal canal causing neck pain, headaches, trouble swallowing, and in Chase's case difficulty holding his head up.

On July 12th, 2017, Chase will undergo a Decompression Craniectomy. Doctors will remove part of his skull to make room for the brain tissue, in an effort to relieve the pressure and pain Chase has been experiencing. My hope is to alleviate any worry Joey and Mallory may have about finances, since they will both need to spend time away from their jobs while Chase recovers.
