Chase Ellis was born February 14th, 2023 in Atlanta, Ga. Chase was born with a rare disease called Prune Belly Syndrome, he later developed kidney and heart problems. Chase was the youngest of 5 children. He was a vibrant, loving, and charismatic baby. He was loved by everyone who knew him. Since birth Chase has been in and out of the hospital because of complications from his disease. Due to his illness, his mother Nicole was his primary caregiver and unable to work because he attended dialysis 3 times a week on top of doctor’s appointments. Chase was called home December 9th, 2024.
