Chase Family Funeral Expenses

Michael J. Chase died unexpectedly on January 9th, 2018 leaving behind his wife Diana and their four children Hannah, Joey, Brandon, and Madison Rose.  Dr. Chase loved this community and everyone in Eureka and the surrounding area. He was always there to help anyone no matter the time or circumstances, as well as his random acts of kindness. To help with the cost of the funeral and expenses we are setting up this page to help his family.  All proceeds will be given to his loving wife Diana.
