Charlotte's Paw Surgery

Charlotte is 2 years old and the sweetest pup you could ever meet. She has been diagnosed with early onset osteoarthiritis.
One of the bones in her paw is growing faster than the others and is causing her an unbearable amount of pain, as well as making it very difficult for her to walk.
The only course of action is to have surgery and she hasn't been given much time before the surgery is going to be a necessity.
If you could please help my sweet beautiful Charlotte get back to chasing squirrels and running around again it would mean the world to me. I am currently working 3 jobs trying to help my little girl.
