You've heard the saying, "God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers." Again we see this come to light as the Moran family is faced with their most difficult challenge yet, one more trying than most will experience in their lifetime. On August 19th, 2019, Cam and Deanna Moran's 2-year-old, Charlotte, the middle of their three beautiful daughters, was incidentally diagnosed with an aggressive brain cancer. In the short time that has passed since that day, little Charlotte has endured numerous doctor appointments, needle sticks, imaging studies, and a surgery to remove a whopping 97% of this tumor. The last 3% remained on her brainstem and could not be safely removed. Charlotte's mom and dad recently learned the plan for treatment would involve chemo for upwards of a year via a shunt to administer it directly where the tumor was located in her brain. The doctors have delivered the message honestly and concisely: It's going to be a tough year, but this disease is curable. If you've heard Charlotte's story, you may have asked yourself how you could help. We wanted to set up this Go Fund Me as a way for people to do just that. Please don't feel obligated, as we realize there are many others out there going through similarly challenging struggles in their own lives.
