Charlotte Parchment Children Development Center Fund

Hello, I am Neville Ferguson, President and Founder of the Charlotte Parchment Foundation. We are on a drive to make available to the children in the community of Aberdeen St.Elizabeth a Development Center. For a number of years the Charlotte Parchment Foundation has provided for the various educational and schooling needs of children in this community. We have donated food, clothing as well school supplies and equipment.

Our desire to give back to this community is ever-increasing and we want to provide children with a space where they can develop because of resources crafted just for them. The Charlotte Parchment Children Development Center will have after-school classrooms, computer rooms as well as a gymnasium.
