Charlie's Past Year's Recovery

My Friend's been recovering for over a year. Please read my synopsis of his trying times and do what you can to help:

In the Autumn of last year, Charlie had a case of pneumonia, but thinking "It’s just a chest cold", he dismissed it as a little Fall-time sickness, like anyone would do in the middle of October. But after a couple of days, he suddenly couldn't even walk a few feet without getting out of breath. He had to admit himself into Saint Mary’s Hospital, even without healthcare coverage.

At the hospital, within 6 days, several diagnostic tests were given: X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, which found he had congestive heart failure on top of pneumonia, making him swell up and giving him 60 extra pounds. In addition to having A-Fib, this added up to heart damage. He now only has a 20% eject function.

Subsequent ultrasounds exposed a tumor in his right kidney, which was scheduled for removal months ahead. His right kidney is now removed. But his hardships continue: post-procedure while healing-up, Charlie’s feeling weak, without his regular stamina, and finds it hard to get around and do much. He has many personal expenses which include but are not limited to hospital bills, medications, insurance for his house and car, and pet needs.

Before his ailing Mother passed away, he spent a lot of his time and income taking care of her. Ever since then he’d been managing two houses (his own and his Mom’s) but juggling both estates and the unpredictability of tenants drained much of his income.
