Charlie’s Cycle for Mental Health UK

Hi guys, I have decided it’s time I do somethingfor a charity that is so important and is for a cause that is very real and surrounds us all. Only recently, I have learnt how real and important this is and thought it’s time to do my bit and raise awareness for something that has kind of been swept under the carpet with current worldwide situations. 

So I have decided that I am going to Cycle the equivalent distance from Buntingford to Newcastle and back in 1 week - this totals 500 miles, this would be an average of 71 miles a day across the week.

This ride will start on July 1st.
