Charlie’s campaign for Save The Children

Charlie has told me that for his 10th birthday this year he would like to give his Christmas money to Save the Children. He genuinely hasn’t asked for anything else. Charlie has always had the biggest heart and the kindest of souls. Since he was tiny. I remember him sneaking my phone and texting the charity adverts on tv to donate. He always got so upset at the pictures and just wanted to help, my phone bill was massive that year :)
After a project on refugee children at school Charlie found it hard not to do something to help so started collecting crisp packets that couldbe sent away and made into blankets for the homeless and refugees. I woke up last week to abox he had made with a little sign on it. Please donate it said. He had put all his Christmas money in it and was about to set it outside the front door! I explained that that might not be the best way to do it so we looked into some charities and Save the Children really struck a cord with him and that’s who he has decided to raise money for. 

So i have set up a go fund me page and as a gift to him, I am asking all of my friends to donate £2 on his behalf. It would mean the world to him if he knew he was helping someone else.

So hopefully with your help he will reach his target, he’ll be able to help someone and I will have one very happy little man on his lockdown birthday.
