Charlie Del Rio, a San Diego native and Army Veteran, passed away while on contract in Kaiserslautern, Germany. While in Germany he was contracted to the 266th Financial Management Support Center - FMSC as a military pay technician. Charlie loved to travel and serve his country. He was a very humble and happy go lucky guy.
The military has arranged for his remains to be transported back to the United States. Unfortunately, the military is unable to help with funeral and burial costs. We are asking for any donations to assist in a proper burial. The family will be forever grateful and we thank you in advance for your generosity.
