On Thursday 6th December I will be boxing at the Indigo O2 for MIND. I would be very grateful if you would sponsor me. Mental Health is a silent crisis. Men in the UK aged 20 to 49 are more likely to die from suicide than any other cause of death. The figures are chilling and yet still is something we hardly discuss, in private or public. Men may fail to recognise or act on warning signs and may be unwilling or unable to seek help. It’s important to recognise the signs and encourage each other to speak about how we are feeling – there’s no shame in feeling vulnerable. Help MIND give guidance and treatment whether it be one to one counselling, group therapy or just someone to talk to. Thank you.
