Charles Vona- Ironman

My brother, Charles Vona is a husband, father, friend, firefighter and 2 time Ironman. Over the past 8 years he has been battling a brain tumor. (Astrocytoma) This has been something that hasn't interfered too much with his day to day life. In fact, he and his wife Leslie welcomed a spunky little girl in October 2014. However, in the past two months this pesky tumor has taken a toll on him.
If you have had the honor of meeting my brother you know he is funny, loyal, strong and well, stubborn. He is fighting with all of his might and won't give up. He has never complained and and carried on every day doing everything he can to stay active. As hard as he is fighting, he was admitted to the hospital on Friday and we are working to keep him comfortable, safe and know he is loved.
I never imagined having to write something like this to ask for help and prayers for my hero, Charles Vona, but it is time.
We have had many, many, people that know Charles and even don't know him ask how they can help. As much as prayers are always something needed, donating a gift to help for bills, care and daily necessities for Charles, Leslie and Sydney would help.
