Charles Dixon needs our help, he is facing surgery for cancer of the bile duct . Charles has been ill over 6 months, he has lost almost 100 pounds. He is scheduled for major surgery the first week of September followed by months of care and treatment. Charles lives alone and will need help with meals, transportation,
housekeeping and medical bills.
Charles, also known as “Mr Coach ” is the PE coach for younger children at New Horizon School in Irvine and has been for over 10 years. He inspires children to love physical activity that they always look forward to going to PE. He is always so caring and offers his support and help when anyone needs help! New Horizon Staff eagerly awaits his return and his happy “Good Mornings!”
He has also worked part time at the Assistance League of Long Beach's , Thrift and Vintage store in Long Beach He has helped make a difference here as a worker, customer and volunteer.
Charles has a big heart, caring attitude, facing a major surgery and chemo and needs our help. Thank you inadvance for helping this amazing man.
