Charles Leister Run Woodstock

Won't you please support Charles Leister in a celebration of support and fitness?

Support the rescued animals at SASHA Farm and Fitness as Charles competes in a 100 mile cross country run on September 7, 2018.  The run will begin and end at Hell Creek Ranch, 10866 Cedar Lake Road, Pinckney, MI 48169 during the Run Woodstock Event.

Charles is running in this special event because he believes that all living beings deserve compassion and respect.

SASHA Farm provides a safe haven for many farmed animals who would otherwise continue to suffer or would have died under less than desirable conditions.  The money raised for this event will contribute to the noble cause of continual care, compassion, and respect for the animals at SASHA Farm, and perhaps allow more animals to find a safe haven at SASHA.

Charles would also like to increase awareness that healthy vegan meal planning can help a person thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually. Finally, he would like to demonstrate that a plant based diet is a great way to show compassion for animals and reduce the environmental impact that the raising of animals has on the earth, thus reducing the problems and challenges that we, and more importantly, future generations will encounter due to contamination of natural resources.
