Korean War Veteran Charles Kaiser

Charles has been fighting to get service related disability payments from the Veterans Administration and he needs them desperately to cover his Board and Care and living expenses.  This fundraiser is to help cover until he can get the VA approved.  It will be used towards his Rent at the board and care of 3,000 and living expenses .  He is a Korean war Veteran and the VA has been delaying his benefits saying they had a fire back in 1973 in their records division and they want him to go back and supply them instead.
