Charles Henke's funeral costs

Hello, my name is Christine Henke, Charles’ younger sister. I have created this GoFundMe to raise money to help my nephews with the costs of his funeral.

My older brother was incredibly special to everyone around him. In his own quiet way, he had the ability to make the room light up. Charles had a natural gift with words and could turn anything into a captivating tale that would leave you wanting more. And, for as long as I have known him- my brother has always marched to the beat of his own drum and never lost focus on anything he put his mind to.

A father, a grandfather and an uncle, Charles was a gentle soul who brought guidance and endless helpful advice to anyone in need. No matter what, he was always ready to offer his support and kind words. Anyone who knew him in life would know that he was reliable, loving, patient and very intelligent. He was as loved in life as he loved those around him. He’s survived by his four sons and four young granddaughters whom he loved very deeply.

My family appreciates any amount you can donate to help cover the cost of the funeral.

My brother's memorial service will be held at Newton Hills State Park on Monday, May 1st at noon.
