<div>I'm Charles Costa and I'm embarking on a journey from Canada to Mexico along the legendary Pacific Crest Trail. My mission? To run the equivalent of 90 marathons in 90 days to support the invaluable work carried out by James' Place, a charity dedicated to suicide prevention for men.

<div>This cause resonates deeply with me. A decade ago, a skiing accident left me with a brain trauma that continues to shape my mental health journey. Through the challenges I've faced, I've gained profound empathy for those grappling with similar struggles. Now, I'm determined to turn my personal experience into a beacon of hope for others.

<div>Your support will help James' Place expand their reach, offering a lifeline to those struggling with their mental health. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference. Thank you for joining me on this adventure and standing with me in support of a cause that truly matters.
