Hello my name is Nathan, and I’m a senior care worker at Earls Lodge Care Home in Wakefield. Over the last few months, both management and staff have been very supportive whilst I was struggling with my mental health. So Ive decided to give something back. I would like to raise funds for residents activities and outings, but I’m aiming to do this by doing a 24 hour walkathon on a treadmill inside the home. I’m hoping to live stream the entire event on social media, and I will do this on Friday 5th of December starting at 12pm and finishing the day after ( 6th of December which is my birthday ) please donate so our residents can enjoy activities and outings in their twilight years of their lives.
