To the Channel and Beyond-Charities

After completing an Iron Man and a Marathon, I will be completing my third challenge this year : crossing the English Channel swimming.

This is a 10+ hour swim and there is only a month and a half of hardcore training to go before the D-Day. It is now time to think about the reason that pushes me to complete this huge challenge: Giving back.

I will be raising money for 2 charities.

The first one is SOLIDHAIR (http://association-solidhair.fr/)
. This charity helped by partner hairdressers collects hair, provides them to a wigmaker in order to support people with cancer go through this ordeal and give them more dignity.

The second one is Les Amis de Mikhy (http://lesamisdemikhy.org/)
. This association’s goal is to provide children with brain tumours the best possible quality of life and medical help.

Please share this as much as you can as I really want to make a difference for them. Any participation at all is welcome, and, added benefit, everyone who participates will be able to receive updates of my swim live on the D-Day!
