<div>Sean and Jonny's chosen charities are Care after Combat and The Samaritans of Dorset, and they are committed to raising vital funds for these causes. This GoFundMe will enable Team Changing Tides to take on this mission with all excess donations going directly to the two charities below.

<div>- Care after Combat ensures that no veteran faces their challenges alone, helping them to rebuild their lives with dignity and pride. Care after Combat is dedicated to supporting British Armed Forces personnel and their families, including those who are involved in the justice system.

<div>- The Samaritans provides emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope or at risk of suicide. Samaritans receives a call for help every 10 seconds, and every pound raised will help them be there for more people who are struggling to cope. The Samaritans of Dorset cover a large area with a very small team of volunteers, and must raise their own funds to support their local service.
