Chance's Recovery

Chance Griffin is a fellow brother in blue, and a great family friend. Chance and his family have faced and over come so many tragedies, and it breaks my heart to see them endure another. This week Chance was in a horrific car accident that will significantly change his life moving forward. Currently, Chance is stable and fighting hard in the ICU. However, he did sustain significant spinal cord injuries. In a few weeks Chance will be transferred to a rehabilitation hospital and will begin what will be a long, expensive, and exceptionally hard journey to recovery. Chances brothers in the Union City police department have risen to the call of action and have shown the true meaning of brotherhood and unconditional love and support this week, and have shown up day in and day out for the Griffen family. Now is our opportunity to give Chance a fighting chance! His medical care will be expensive as will the renovations to his home moving forward.
