Chance Family Recovery Fund

On the rainy evening of Wednesday October 26, 2016, the Chance family’s lives changed forever. Their two sons were struck by a passing car and left both boys with critical injuries. One son is expected to recover from his injuries, while their other son has joined Jesus’ kingdom in heaven. He will live on through others with the Gift of Life program. The family is just in the beginning of their healing process and will now be heading home to care for their injured son and family. The healing process will be long and their needs will certainly change with each step along the way.
This is an amazing family that has found a place in the hearts of an entire community. Not because of this accident but because of what they have given and what they mean to the Grand Ledge and Wacousta communities as well as the groups they are a part of. Now it is our turn to take care of one of our own in their greatest time of need.
