The Chameleon Spruce Up

The Chameleon needs you!  

So, after an overwhelming response to our post about some mindless vandalism in our humble little venue, we're going to try this go fund me thing. We have no idea how much or little to ask of people so we've set the bar quite high

Obviously, if the target is reached we will make sure that all the money is put in the right places and the level of refurb can be in line with the donations achieved. The Chameleon is a total community space and we strive to make it the best it can be for everyone who visits in whatever capacity. We've had so many amazing bands and performers through the doors over the years, we want to make sure there continues to be a fun space where they can be appreciated. There are a number of jobs that should probably be dealt with so if we can achieve the goal (or possibly exceed it?) Then we can make the place better and stronger than ever before!

If we can reach the goal then we'll aim to set up a week of celebratory gigs and nights where everyone can come down and party hard into the wee hours to celebrate. 

It means a huge amount that people would even suggest we do something like this in the first place so whatever anyone contributes is appreciated more than you could ever imagine.
