I’m raising funds for a project I am very excited about and hope that you will be, too.
We're in a bit of a collective mess now, aren't we?
Once upon a time, after confiding in a good friend, she told me that after once pouring her own troubles out to her best therapist ever, he looked at her and said, "That's great! Now, what are you going to do about it?"
During an earlier stage of the pandemic, I developed the podcast project, Challenge and Response and am now entering the prelaunch phase.
Challenge and Response engages guests from diverse fields in conversational interviews exploring solution-focused, sustainable and healing ideas, actions and projects in response to challenges facing individuals, society, culture and our planet as we enter and build a new paradigm.
The mission of Challenge and Response is to inform, inspire and educate listeners in an enlightening and entertaining format and to connect people across diverse and eclectic fields of interest so that everyone involved might up their games.
This project and the caliber of guests I intend to interview deserve a professionally produced and promoted podcast so that it can have maximum impact from the start.
To that end, I have created this fundraiser to help hire a team of two for production and promotional assistance, and to help support my work as creative director during this critical stage of production.
Along with this gofundme campaign, I am interviewing to recruit three executive producers who may act as primary advisors, and choose a guest (that may be themselves) and a topic for the podcast. If you are interested in learning about becoming an executive producer, please contact me through the website.
Through a combination of sponsors and membership, the podcast will become self-sufficient in the first year. Ultimately, this is a collaborative project.
I welcome any suggestions of friends or colleagues you think may have an interest in this project.
