Chair for Lottie

Lottie has been using a broken wheelchair for months, which has caused several instances of a wheel falling off while out in public.  She was provided loaner wheelchair that is too heavy for her to operate, and near impossible to load into her car without another person there to help.  After many months, insurance has approved a new chair for Lottie.  We are just some friends trying to help her out with the out-of-pocket expenses to get this girl safely moving around again.
