Chain store vs Mom & Pop for retail space (VGW)

Imagine you have 30 days to move 28 years of inventory, memories and friends. 7/11 now needs your business' square footage for their refrigeration and storage and you've got to relocate?

Nick and Lacy Kalberer and their toddler, your friends from Video Game Wizards find themselves having to move and they need their community's help. The Kalberer family are not only owners, but they were customers of Video Game Wizards just like you. It touched their hearts to be in a place where there was joy and excitement in kids of all ages as they found something old and nostalgic or new and innovative in the video gaming world.

They have helped parents connect with their kids, kept those same kids entertained safely at home while they work a second job, play themselves as a much needed respite after a long day at the office and created friendships among fellow gamers that'll last a life time.

By providing a donation you can help VGW from shuttering their doors. Nick and Lacy have their eyes set on a new SE Portland location but they need additional funding to make the move possible. Your donations will go towards packing and unpacking 28 years of inventory, knocking out a wall and setting up shelving and display cases, painting and cleaning to make everything fresh, new and inviting so they can continue to service the SE Portland community.
