Welcome to the Chaffee County WWII Honor Roll Board - Salida Veterans Wall Memorial Donation Page!
First, a thank you to all who previously donated to the wall project. Your generosity helped to restore the wall to the pristine state it is in today after it was locked away for years behind layers of stucco! Your donations are now being used for ongoing maintenance and to fund a wall website to share the courage of our county's brave servicemen and women, and to educate future generations on their sacrifice as well as it's significance to the Salida, CO community as well as all of Chaffee County, CO and the nation.
For those kind patrons who have not donated before or would like to donate again, this Go Fund Me was set up to make donating easy! Thank you in advance for your contribution to history and the legacy of Chaffee County.
The donations made here will continue to fund ongoing website costs and maintenance as well as continued wall restoration. Even a $5 donation goes farther than you think.
"The Wall" can be found in historic downtown Salida, Colorado at the F-Street Five & Dime's south-facing outside wall. Visit the wall website (link below) for a Scavenger Hunt then go take your photo by the wall and tag it with #SalidaVetWallPic and upload it to our Facebook Page "Salida Veterans Wall".

Disclosures: Go Fund Me has a minimum donation amount of $5. Go Fund Me does not have fees or take a % to set up a donation campaign. Instead, they ask donors for a monetary "tip" to cover their costs and stay in business for the non-profits that use them.
