<div>At 18, I rediscovered my direction through health and fitness. What began as simple runs and local community events became a complete mindset shift. Training across ultra distances, Ironman events, and endurance challenges taught me resilience, discipline, and the power of showing up — especially on the hard days. With every kilometre, my mental strength grew.

<div>Now, I’m running to inspire young Australians to step outside their comfort zones, build mental strength through movement, and believe in what’s possible. Strength isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you build, one step at a time.

<div>The aim of this project is to raise funds to support the charity, zero2hero, who provide leading youth mental health programs that educate, engage and empower young people to positively manage their own mental health wellbeing and prevent suicide in the community.

<div>I need your help to make this project come to life as there are a number of costs that go into this such as caravan hire, food for myself and my crew, fuel, etc. We will be living our of the caravan / support vehicle for two whole months.
