Chad Phillips Medical Fund

A wonderful human being is gravely ill in ICU! Chad has congenital heart failure and fluid on his lungs and has been in the hospital for a week now. I am setting up this campaign to raise funds to help with Chad and Saliema's finances. Please give what you can to help!
