Chad Lewis Memorial Fund

Over the past week, Ashley and her family encountered the unthinkable. Her Husband and Soulmate was admitted Monday at St. Mary's Hospital and passed away Oct. 21st at 2:27p.m. Chad was the sole provider for their family that includes their five beautiful babies. He has no Health or Life insurance to help with Funeral or Living expenses for them in their near future. We are asking for your help in covering these expenses until Ashley can get on her feet.
