Pug puppy surgery

So this is Teddy I got him when he was 8 weeks old and he was a happy lively puppy running around and doing things that puppies do! Unfortunately as he was approaching 4 months old his back legs became very weak so took him to the vets and he was immediately sent to referrals for MRI etc he has been diagnosed with a spinal issue which is pushing down on his spinal cord and now he needs surgery to stabilise him - he’s is no longer able to walk due to this which is absolutely heartbreaking  

the initial investigations have drained the insurance and I can not afford the £4000 price tag on the surgery so I am praying that this will help me to get him the help he needs!
