Are you tired of bathing in chalk just so you can hold on to the bar? Feel like you're trapped in Satan's armpit? Tired of your fellow WOD buddy pointing the fan in their direction right at 3, 2, 1....Go, leaving you to melt into the platform?
That Texas summer heat is upon us & we all love those "dead spots" in our beloved box. I've talked to a bunch of you who would be willing to contribute to a Big Ass Fan (literally) http://www.bigassfans.com/ to help with the air flow. New schools, like Dearing Elementary by the box, use these in their gyms.
These suckers (blowers?!) move ridiculous amounts of air and can even keep Jon Jay from sweating. They're also quiet, so we don't have to turn them off in order to hear that high quality coaching found only at CFTX.
With incredible owners like Terry & Liana who coach out of love, keep our prices low, are in mid-remodel, all while populating the Earth with more Collie awesomeness, we thought it would be great to give something back that we can all enjoy.
Please feel free to contribute as much or as little as you like. If each member throws in what they can, CFTX could be breaking some serious wind this summer - I know, I left that one wide open!
Now for the fun part - for every $20 you donate, we'll enter your name in a drawing. We will go live on Facebook and draw 3 names who get to create and name a Hero WOD for the coaches to perform (within reason) while we watch! 3, 2, 1....GO!
