Juan's Medical Expenses

Juan Francisco, my amazing and completely selfless older brother was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney failure. Because of the severity of his disease he is in need of a kidney transplant.
His kidney function is declining as the weeks go by. It is very tough to see my older brother wasting away as a result of his disease. This week Juan Fra will have a procedure to implant a device that will allow him to flush out his abdomen while he sleeps. This will help get rid of the toxins in his body, and hopefully postpone his need for dialysis.
I am willing and (fingers crossed!) able to give my brother the gift of a kidney and renewed health. Unfortunately, he not only has the burden of the disease, he also has the mounting costs of the medications, tests, doctor's visits, and procedures.
My family and I are reaching out and asking for your generosity to help with Juan Fra's medical expenses. Everything and anything helps to alleviate some of the stress involved with paying for his medical expenses. It is stressful enough to have to go through this disease process, I know that he would greatly appreciate any help that is given to him.

Before all this my brother was an avid swimmer, a lover (and hater) of VW's and recently went back to school to become a Green Energy Technician. In his lifetime, he has worked on 100's of VW's, his first car was an old VW beetle that he and my father restored. Those who know him know that he is very introverted, which is the opposite of everyone else in my family. He recently undertook the remodeling of my kitchen, building all my cabinets from scratch, installing the countertops and putting in the backsplash, he complained constantly and said I was crazy for making him do it but he wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do the job correctly. He is also extremely hard headed, never trusting anyone else to do anything correctly. He has an amazing heart and deserves all the very best in life.
