Help Quadriplegic Mom

4 years ago I had an accident that resulted in a Spinal Cord Injury and Quadriplegia/Paralysis. I am paralyzed from the chest down. I utilize a power wheelchair. I currently have to rely on family and friends to get me to where I need to go: picking the kids up from school, going to my son's soccer games and practices, going to my son's baseball games and practices, taking my daughter to viola lessons, taking my children to friends houses for play dates, doing volunteer Peer Mentoring at the local hospital, volunteering as the Chair of the board at my children's school, volunteering in my children's classroom each week, getting to locations to help me with projects for my graduate school, grocery shopping, the list goes on. Many things go left undone due to transportation issues. Last summer I took "driver's ed" for people with quadriplegic and did very well. However the cost of the vehicle is astronomical and we just cannot afford it at this time. I was hoping to raise funds to be able to take part in the activities that any mom would want to be a part of.
