The Grinch Tried to Steal Christmas. Let's duplicate the last scene from "It's A Wonderful Life" and save a working farm. A hard working immigrant family moved into our valley and bought a lavender farm which saved the farm. They worked day and night, hiring local workers, to harvest the lavender and then made a stock of essential oils to turn into soaps and lotions for Holiday gifts.
Enter the Grinch. On the night of November 15, 2020, a nefarious crook broke into their storage shed, knowing what they wanted, and stole all their oil worth $4,000 (that does not include labor). They cannot make their products without the essential oil. That means a loss of $25,000 in product which is the money they would use to keep the farm running (mortgage, electricity, water). The extra product would be sold the rest of the year, especially during our Lavender Festival
Enter the good people of Bedford Falls (from the movie) and our internet family. Imagine the message of love and hope during these Covid times if they could purchase more oil and go into production? All they need is the money to buy the oil.
By when? They need the oil in the next 4 weeks to fulfill Holiday gift orders and then the rest of the year,
