Dear Family and Friends,

On Thursday, January 30th, 2020 Cesar, my brother in law experienced a near death experience. He suffered an Aortic Dissection and Aorta Aneurysm. The chances of survival when this occurs are usually slim to none. In his case it’s been a Miracle of God along with continuous  prayers from family and friends that he’s made it this far. Currently his kidneys are not functioning at all and he’s on 24/7 dialysis. He has no feeling from his waist down since he lost blood flow to his lower extremities for a span of approximately 6 hours. He has endured 4 surgeries so far. Doctors are amazed he’s made it this far. His legs are being evaluated every 2  hours since muscle tissue specially on his left leg doesn’t look too promising. Due to this there is also a chance he can lose his left leg. He’s lost 3 of 4 muscle compartments in the left leg and 2 of 4 in the right.  At this point our concern is that his organs start functioning properly to continue fighting to save his life while his legs strengthen. He continues to beat the odds and on the right path with God on his side. He is currently in Jackson Memorial Hospital SICU fighting  for his life. 
As you can imagine my sister and my nephew are struggling both emotionally and financially to make ends meet all on their own. We, the family are asking first and foremost for prayers for Cesar and also for any small contribution you can help out with. He was self employed doing tinted windows, one of the main sources of income and the family’s energizer bunny.
