Cesar the Dane

Cesar was hit by car on Sunday in Lawrence and unfortunately neither the owner or a rescue had the funds to get him the proper care..  I went out on a limb and am getting him the surgery he needs and am going to foster him while we find him his forever home.  I dont know exactly what his total cost for care will be but it will not be cheap!  I am only doing this for Cesar as he's a wonderful 3 year old Harlequin neutered male.   Officer Stout of Lawrence PD helped make sure he was safe after he was hit. I want to get Cesar the help he needs and find him his forever home.  I'm going to pay for his surgery but the whole goal is to get him healthy and onto his new home.  Please help
