</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>

<div>María del Rosario has been one of my patients for three years.
</div>
<div>Today she came to me desperate and in a lot of pain because on Tuesday, November 25th of this year, her grandson, 14-year-old César Manuel, had a terrible bicycle accident.
</div>
<div>When the paramedics arrived at the scene, they found him with no vital signs, but they managed to revive him.
</div>
<div>In less than a week he has already gone through two surgeries, and even though the doctors say he’s stable, he still needs three more procedures to rebuild his left leg and arm.
</div>
<div>Right now, César is still in the ICU, and the medical bills are already unbearable for his grandmother Rosario, who is the only one taking care of him, since he sadly lost both of his parents five years ago.
</div>
<div>Even though Mrs. Rosario has already used up all her savings to cover an initial payment of 200,000 pesos, there are still almost 600,000 pesos (approximately $32,000 dollars) left in hospital, surgery, and rehab costs.
</div>
<div>That’s why we’ve decided to start this emergency fundraiser to support them and make sure César gets through this and can go back to living a normal life.
</div>
<div>We would be endlessly grateful for any help — even 1 peso makes a difference.
