Birthing Community Ceremony Drum

Hello dear Sound Family!
This is my first time using this way of gathering forces for a communal purpose which we call in Colombia a "Minga" so I thought this is a Virtual Minga! :)
I've been coming to the UK for 14 years, sharing and spreading the the ancient ways of the Americas and one them is the way of Pagamento or sacred payment to Mother Earth for all what she give us constantly. I've been doing it by sharing sacred sound medicine and ancient ceremonies, workshops and singing/druming circles among other things. The prayer its been always to supporting people to be united and feeling better with themselves and with their communities, acknowledging that everything that exist has a spirit, water, trees, stones, etc... therefore they should be considered our relatives. Following this way immediately creates a sense of respect for all nature, considering Humanity part of it. Earth do not belong to human, human belong to Earth.
Time has come to drum together as a family to make prayers be heard even further! I had this vision a long while ago, about birthing a sacred drum for the community, a drum that we could all play together and send our prayers as high as we could, and this morning the vision all of the sudden came clear to me, I will create a little campaign to rise funds to make this vision happen, and here is where I need your help! Its not a massive amount, but what matters is that YOU are part of it, that you support even in a little way, so when this happens, you will be part of the reason and the purpose. Any donation will count and Im sure that we will make it happen with the love we all carry in our hearts!
The Drum and how the funds will be used:
The Drum is a double headed 26” x 8”, straps are made from deer leather, the hoop is Birch ply with Oak or Ash veneer finished with Teak oil, skins are Red deer, Stag one side and Hind the other.
The Drum will be made by the incredible hand work of dear friends in Kent who have dedicated the last years to the art of drum making. I will be travelling to them to make a prayer before its all done, to honour the animals and trees involved in the making as well as setting the purpose for it.
The whole process of making is gonna take up to two months, so we are aiming to have it ready by the Summer Solstice 2017!
It comes with stand as shown in the photo and many people will be able to join the playing otherwise singing along or dancing! :)
We need you to help us to fund £684 which will be used like this:
£549 for the actual Drum and Stand
£110 - 11 x Drum Bitters
£ 25 Delivery
If this is meant to happen, it will only be the people, you, who will make this drum to come alive!
