For many years we have been searching for a place that could accommodate the needs of our growing archdiocese. A place that is multi use for spiritual retreats for adults and youth, theological and clergy symposiums, parish retreats and most importantly a place where our first Antiochian monastery in Europe can be established. Through the grace of God we have been blessed to acquire a property that can help us to fulfill this dream.
It is here that we require your help. The property is not new and does require extensive work and renovations in order for us to utilize its facilities in an appropriate manner.
We have named this newly established center in memory of the late Patriarch Ignatius IV, who was a visionary and humble leader in the Antiochian Orthodox Patriarchate for many many decades.
We hope that you may be able to help with any amount and to share our campaign with others.

Seit vielen Jahren suchten wir nach einem Ort, der den Bedürfnissen unserer wachsenden Erzdiözese gerecht wird. Ein Ort, der für spirituelle Einkehr für Erwachsene und Jugendliche, theologische und Geistliche Symposien, Einkehr für Pfarrgemeinden und vor allem für die Gründung unseres ersten Antiochenisch-Orthodoxen Klosters in Europa vielseitig genutzt werden kann.
Durch die Gnade Gottes wurden wir fündig und wurden gesegnet, ein Eigentum zu erwerben, das uns helfen kann, diesen Traum zu erfüllen.
Hier brauchen wir Ihre Hilfe. Das Anwesen ist nicht neu und erfordert umfangreiche Arbeiten und Renovierungen, damit wir die Einrichtungen in angemessener Weise nutzen können.
Wir haben dieses neu eingerichtete Zentrum in Erinnerung an den verstorbenen Patriarchen Ignatius IV. benannt, der viele Jahrzehnte lang ein visionärer und bescheidener Führer im antiochenisch-orthodoxen Patriarchat war.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie mit Ihrem Beitrag helfen und bitten Sie auch, unsere Kampagne mit anderen zu teilen. Möge Gott Sie gesund erhalten und immer segnen.

Heute wurde ein großer Meilenstein erreicht.
Im Namen der Antiochenisch-Orthodoxen Metropolie von Deutschland und Mitteleuropa hat Seine Eminenz, Metropolit Isaak Barakat heute die abschließende Unterschrift beim Notar bezüglich des zukünftigen Klosters und Zentrums des Patriarchen Ignatius IV. getätigt.
Damit ist jetzt offiziell, dass die Antiochenisch-Orthodoxe Metropolie von Deutschland und Mitteleuropa einen wichtigen und großen Schritt in die Zukunft getan hat.
Als nächstes wird mit Gottes Hilfe das Kloster wieder in seinen ursprünglichen Zustand zurück gebracht und sowohl als Kloster für Nonnen als auch als Zentrum für die Gemeinden der Antiochenisch-Orthodoxen Metropolie eingerichtet.
Wir werden weiterhin über alle Begebenheiten in Bezug auf das Zentrum des Patriarchen Ignatius IV. berichten.

A major milestone was reached today.
On behalf of the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese of Germany and Central Europe, His Eminence, Metropolitan Isaak Barakat gave today the final signature at the notary regarding the future monastery and center of Patriarch Ignatius IV.
It is now official that the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese of Germany and Central Europe has taken an important and large step into the future.
Next, with God's help, the monastery will be brought back to its original state and set up both as a monastery for nuns and as a center for the parishes of the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese.
We will continue to report on all events relating to the center of Patriarch Ignatius IV.
