Hi, My name is Logan Soeder, Im an artist residing in Kitchener, Ontario.

In May of 2024 I completed a commissioned design for my local transit service (Grand River Transit). Upon completion of this project, I was called to a meeting in which the completed Art had been rejected for political reasons.

It's important to me that this artwork be seen by the general public to remove the stigma created around it. This artwork is a comic book concept tentatively called "Shift". It features a late friend of mine, a Palestinian activist, a two-spirit person, gender diverse individuals and a personal story about the connection between all of these people with the help of trees (specifically a White Pine!)

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. The funds raised in this GoFund Me will support the *rest of this project and will help to create limited edition Art prints, posters and stickers for people to take home at the Willow River Centre art show in January 2025.
